Imagine

Imagine your dreams coming true

Things you never knew

Would come into place.

The world that you see

Finally being released

From the system that's fake.

A whole new beginning

Where you're finally winning

The second chance that you deserve

Imagine the song of praise

Playing in the haze

And singing with the chirping birds

Where you don't live today

Asking for pain to go away

Saying "life is a mistake".

Imagine the new world

That is no longer hurled

Causing your heart to ache.

Inspiration: I wrote this poem a couple of years ago and I was inspired by my Bible studies. Although the world may be experiencing hardships now, it is possible for us to have a better future and it's something that we take for granted.
